Mirvac Homebush partnered with Technology on Tap and Harvey Norman Commercial to design and install an advanced home automation system for their assisted living apartments. The objective was to create a tailored solution that seamlessly integrated various systems such as voice control, access control, intercom, and duress systems for a holistic and easy experience for residents. The installed home automation system enabled seamless control of lighting, blinds, temperature, and audio-visual devices, all controllable through a single iPad. The multi-level Wi-Fi network provided efficient management of the home automation system. The advanced system streamlined control through a single device and ensured the safety and convenience of physically disabled residents. The project successfully achieved its objective of designing an easy-to-use home automation system to improve the daily lives of assisted living residents at Mirvac Homebush.
