The Eastwood Hotel approached Technology on Tap to improve the control and automation of their electric awnings. The project had several goals, including Clipsal C-Bus control of the awnings for ultimate control, the ability to control each zone with an iPad wireless touch, an easy-to-use floor plan interface, and seamless integration with the existing system with no interference. Technology on Tap designed and installed a custom automation system that met all of the project goals. The awnings were seamlessly integrated with the Clipsal C-Bus control system, which allowed for precise control over each awning. The iPad wireless touch control provided staff with the flexibility to move around the venue and easily control each zone. The floor plan interface was designed to be simple and user-friendly, allowing staff to quickly identify and control each interface. The existing system was also upgraded without any issues. The completed project provided the Eastwood Hotel with an advanced and user-friendly awning automation system that met all of their needs.
